Experience:
SeniorCare, LLC and its’ affiliates process thousands of Nursing Home and Community Medicaid applications on a yearly basis. Since 1995 our PIMM Communications, LLC division has an arrangement with NYC Medicaid to pre-process applications for the Long Term Care division. Our applications are logged into a system for continuous tracking and expediting of the approvals. Additionally, since 2002 we are fortunate to have the former director of NYC Medicaid’s Long Term Care division on our staff. Her experience and expertise has proven to be invaluable to our clients.
Homecare and Nursing Home applications:
SeniorCare is recognized as a leader in the field of Medicaid applications and assists many Homecare agencies with their own applications. Due to our track-record, most agencies will accept our cases upon our approval and begin “pending Medicaid services”. This allows our clients to have assistance in their home immediately, when it is most needed. Additionally, where there is a need for a Nursing Home, our letter of retention is generally adequate for most Nursing Homes for acceptance into their facility.
Personal Attention:
SeniorCare excels in providing much needed hand-holding during the most trying time in a loved ones life. We coordinate the Medicaid application process with the care givers to eliminate as much anxiety as possible. Our professional staff is available to assist with almost any need that arises. The fact is that a large percentage of our referrals come from former clients, Homecare agencies, Hospital discharge planners and Nursing Home personnel.
In addition to our managerial staff, SeniorCare’s professional and knowledgeable team of support staff stands ready to assist you in every aspect of the Medicaid application process.
